Camellia Plc established through a modest tea garden by Sephinjuri Bheel Tea Company (SBTC)
Walter Duncan and Goodricke Limited gets merged under Camellia.
1967
1977
Following the enactment of FERA law in 1973, a disassociation from Duncan Bros took place and Goodricke Group Ltd. Was floated as the new entity by consolidation of eight companies, which owned seventeen gardens in Assam, Dooars and Darjeeling.
Packaged tea for Consumer division launched.

Goodricke Teapot inaugurated in DB Mall, Bhopal.
Margaret’s Deck Tea Lounge inaugurated in Kurseong, near Darjeeling.
